You will guide integrated communications for EA SPORTS FC across UKI and Nordics, connecting millions of players to our iconic franchise. As part of a team that values creativity, inclusion, and global impact, you will report to the Lead, Regional Integrated Communications, EA SPORTS FC and collaborate with partners across Europe and North America.

Responsibilities

You will create and execute integrated communications plans for UKI and Nordics, aligning global direction with local culture and market opportunity. You will manage campaign activations, including community engagement, creator partnerships, earned media, and owned channel amplification. You will track and report performance data, synthesizing insights and player sentiment to improve future campaigns. You will represent us on community platforms, adapting global briefs into culturally relevant plans and building relationships with local creators.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in integrated communications, community management, creator, or social media work within gaming, football, or entertainment. Experience using social listening, reporting, and analytics tools to inform strategy and measure impact. Experience managing agency and partner relationships across multiple channels and geographies.
