Regional Loss Prevention Manager
About the Company
Our Global Retail client are recruiting a Regional Security Manager to join a growing Profit Protection & Security team within this successful multi-site retailer.
About the Role
This is a highly visible role responsible for reducing stock loss, protecting people and assets, leading investigations, and driving a strong security culture across a designated region.
Responsibilities
- Leading shrink reduction and loss prevention initiatives.
- Managing complex investigations into theft, fraud, and organised retail crime.
- Building partnerships with police, external agencies, and retail crime networks.
- Supporting stores through risk assessments, security reviews, and operational coaching.
- Managing third-party guarding services and security systems.
- Delivering training and developing strong loss prevention awareness across the business.
- Responding to significant security incidents and supporting crisis management activities.

Qualifications and Required Skills
- Solid experience within Retail Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, Security, or Risk Management.
- Strong investigative skills with knowledge of interviewing techniques.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement practical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working across multiple locations in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Knowledge of PACE/PEACE models and organised retail crime investigations is advantageous.
