Regional Manager

Regional Retail Manager (Regional Sales Executive)

Salary & Benefits Structure

  • Base Salary: Up to £37,500 basic (depending on performance) | Year One OTE: £70,000
  • Bonus: Fantastic bonus based on company performance
  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week with rotational shift pattern (5 days on, 2 days off). Weekend work is involved

Responsibilities: Regional Retail Manager (WBAC)

  • Optimise regional purchase objectives by:
    • Recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, and scheduling employees
    • Coaching and mentoring staff
    • Enforcing company policies and procedures
    • Monitoring and reviewing job contributions
    • Conducting bi-annual evaluations and appraisals

  • Manage & Drive Performance:
    • Motivate and lead Retail Branch Managers across the region
    • Participate in daily conference calls
    • Conduct weekly 1-2-1s with Buyer Development Leaders
    • Conduct regular branch visits across assigned region
    • Maintain strong relationships with key contacts and clients

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence (required for field visits and regional management)
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in Regional/Area Manager roles
  • People Management & Coaching: Experience leading and driving high performance within teams
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Leadership & Organisation: Demonstrates strong leadership, business acumen, and multi-tasking skills
  • Numeracy: High level of business numeracy and data interpretation
