As the UK’s best-known retailer of tech, we’re proud of the service our customers receive – and it’s all down to our team of 25,000 caring and committed colleagues. Working as one team, we learn and grow together, celebrating the big and small moments that make every day amazing.

As a Regional Manager you will have accountability for the delivery of the commercial, customer and the people performance across a region of circa 20 stores and approx. 1,000 colleagues. You’ll inspire and motivate the team to deliver our customer proposition by creating the best possible customer experience with the aim of creating customers for life.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Consistently lead the deployment of in-store customer journeys to drive new standards of customer experience across the region
  • Proactively work across functions to ensure the Store Sell & Serve strategy is at the heart of the customer journey development. Embed and proactively champion all omnichannel propositions to optimise customer choices
  • Translating business goals into clear plans so that everybody knows where we’re going and how we’ll get there, and who’s accountable for what and deliver what we have committed
  • Implement and leverage current and future selling strategies, processes, and tools to maximise the performance across the region/store
  • Coaching and developing colleagues to create a high performing, diverse talent pipeline, ensuring potential is maximised and succession is identified. Facilitate talent mobility to provide critical experiences that strengthen internal career progression and opportunity
  • Being a key influence and a powerful voice in shaping the “future Currys” strategy via meaningful contribution to transformational projects both within stores and the broader business
  • Creating a culture of continuous improvement, listening openly to challenges and ideas and takes ownership for sorting things out if mistakes happen so that we can grow our business for the future

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
