The Role
As a Regional Manager you will:
- Lead our Customer Delivery Centres (CDCs) and their outbases to success.
- Manage operational standards for sites, ensuring their safe and efficient running.
- Oversee a team of approximately 250 colleagues, delivering an estimated £250m worth of customer deliveries across two brand partners (DFS and Sofology).
- Ensure commitments are met in line with agreed SLAs to optimise revenue performance.
You’ll also play a pivotal role in developing key relationships with internal stakeholders—both regionally and nationally.

- Pursue continuous improvement and robust complaint resolution.

SLA & Performance Ownership:
- Ensure consistent NPS, CPO excellence, and adherence to SLAs.

Financial & Budgetary Control:
- Manage annual budgets of £6m–£8m across overtime, agency staff, and contractors.

Talent Development:
- Support and coach CDC and Warehouse Managers to embed high standards.

Health & Safety Rigour:
- Hold ultimate accountability for a zero-harm culture.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Partner with Fleet Services to ensure 100% compliance with transport and vehicle regulations.

Cross-Functional Synergy:
- Foster relationships with retail, buying, finance, and audit teams.

Change Agent:
- Act as a progressive challenger, proposing innovative ways to boost service and efficiency.
Is This Role for You?
Eligibility includes: ✔ A background in logistics. ✔ Proven experience in extensive people leadership. ✔ Strong people skills and ability to communicate professionally across levels. ✔ Great analytical skills and drive for influencing teams, ✔ A passion for driving and working time regulations. ✔ Experience executing change management & performance improvement programmes. ✔ Self-motivated with high resilience. ✔ Strong financial and commercial acumen.
