Description
A well-established organisation is seeking a Regional Manager to lead operations and support growth across a defined area. This role suits someone who enjoys working at pace, builds strong professional relationships, and is motivated by delivering reliable, high-quality services.
You will take responsibility for regional performance, ensuring clients receive consistent support while guiding and engaging a diverse workforce. The position involves shaping local strategy, strengthening partnerships, and maintaining high operational standards.

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients across the region
- Identify opportunities to expand services and reconnect with previous clients
- Serve as the senior escalation point for service-related issues
- Support workforce engagement, utilisation, and retention to maintain dependable coverage
- Monitor and improve performance against key regional metrics
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
- Represent the organisation professionally, promoting high standards and continuous improvement
Requirements
About You
- Experience in sales, business development, regional management, account management, or a similar operational role
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships
- Background in the healthcare sector and/or recruitment industry
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, target-driven environment
- Confident using digital systems and performance-tracking tools
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
