Regional Manager (Catering) – Oxfordshire / Berkshire
Salary: Up to £65,000 + company car or car allowance
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of 8 contract catering sites across the Oxfordshire and Berkshire region, generating an annual turnover of £2.5 million.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader with strong people management skills, a passion for delivering outstanding food service, and the ability to excel in a multi-site contract catering environment.
The Role
As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the operational, financial, and strategic performance of your region. You will collaborate closely with clients, site managers, and central teams to ensure consistent service excellence and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven full P&L ownership for a £2.5m-turnover region
- Leadership & development of site managers and senior catering teams
- Client relationship management to retain and grow existing contracts
- Ensuring all sites consistently meet food quality, service, and brand standards
- Financial performance, cost controls, and labour management optimisation
- Overseeing compliance with health & safety, food safety, and company procedures
- Innovation & business development to identify new opportunities

About You
You will be a confident, hands-on regional leader, with a proven track record in contract catering.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Multi-site management experience within contract catering
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Commercially astute with P&L and budget management experience
- Effective people leadership, coaching, and team development
- Ability to operate autonomously while aligning with business objectives
- Full UK driving licence
