Regional Manager EMEA – Global ERP Partner – Be One Solutions

About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Manager (EMEA) who will:
- Oversupervise Country Managers and their teams.
- Manage relationships with SAP offices in Europe.
- Support regional growth through business development, sales, and strategy.
- Drive client expansion, CRM management, account/program management.
- Monitor budgets, P&L, and business unit performance.
- Account for sales achievement, business development, and opportunity growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising local Country Managers and their teams
- Leading virtual and diverse regional teams effectively
- Managing relationships with SAP Europe offices
- Collaboration on regional ERP strategies and implementations
- Building regional resources, structure, and business growth
- Ensuring effective scaling and operational strength
- Growing and developing existing clients
- Expanding and optimising engagements while driving business
- Generating new business opportunities
- Direct sales-centric role focused on revenue growth
- CRM and Opportunity Management
- Tracking and leading high-value sales pipelines
- Account/Program Management
- Aligning ERP solutions to client needs and organisational success
- Budgetary and Financial Oversight
- Monitoring P&L performance across regional business units

Your Profile – What We Are Looking For
Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience (preferably in ERP environments)
- International experience: a strong advantage
- Proven experience in people management
- Experience in international & cross-cultural sales
- Familiarity with global and regional ERP implementations
Technical Skills
- Expert knowledge of ERP systems, with a preference for expertise in SAP Business One
- Experience managing LE (Large Enterprise) or MNC (Multi-National Corporation) ERP implementations
- Strong in business development, sales tenure, and leadership roles
- Ability to effectively lead and manage virtual teams

Language Skills
- English (fluent / native standard required)
- Additional languages: a bonus for broader regional success
Personal Attributes
- Outstanding communication and analytical skills
- Highly travelled and open to frequent business travel (regionally and globally)
- Commitment to consecutive trips for team engagement and client meetings
