Regional Manager

Covering Scotland North

Salary: £75,000.00 to £80,000.00 per annum, plus a car allowance of £9,800.73 per annum

40 hours per week

Your role

  • Lead and support Home Managers to deliver high-quality care across your region
  • Grow and develop the region while driving strong occupancy levels
  • Ensure homes meet company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Support teams with recruitment, training, motivation, and performance
  • Build positive links with local authorities and monitor budgets and KPIs effectively

Your skills

  • Extensive management experience within the care home sector
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and administrative skills
  • Proven senior leadership experience with a flexible approach
  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 qualification, or equivalent, is desirable
  • Full driving licence and confidence travelling across multiple locations
