Regional Manager – Senior Healthcare
Compass Group UK&I | Full-time | Kent & South Coast
Hours: 40 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional site visits as required
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Company Vehicle
We’re looking for a commercially driven Regional Manager to manage a multi-site, multi-service portfolio across Kent and the South Coast in our Senior Living contract.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead from the front - developing teams, building strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding service standards across a diverse operational environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop multi-site teams, driving high performance, engagement, and retention
- Take full ownership of multiple P&Ls, budgets, and financial performance across your region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Ensure all services meet regulatory, health & safety, and compliance standards
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency across multiple service lines
- Use data and insight (including Power BI) to identify growth opportunities and improve margins
- Oversee estates, maintenance, and third-party service providers

What We’re Looking For
- Proven senior management experience within FM, healthcare, catering, or multi-service operations
- Strong track record managing multi-site portfolios and complex service delivery
- Commercially astute with strong financial and analytical capability
- Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insight into action
- Flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable working across a regional remit
- Full UK driving licence
