Lead, Develop and Make an Impact
BMSI is looking for an experienced and people-focused Regional Manager to lead our Central London Support Region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven operational leader to join a growing business and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, team performance, and regional growth. You'll be responsible for leading a team of Operations Managers, Engineers, and specialist contractors, ensuring high standards of service delivery while creating an environment where people can thrive and develop.
If you have a background in Building Management Systems, Building Automation, Facilities Management, or a similar technical service industry, and enjoy building strong teams and customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As Regional Manager, you will take ownership of the operational and commercial performance of the London Support Region. Working closely with customers, colleagues, and senior leadership, you will ensure the region delivers an outstanding service while identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing regional team
- Drive exceptional customer service and service delivery standards
- Manage operational performance, resource planning, and utilisation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support customer retention and identify opportunities for regional growth
- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to achieve growth objectives
- Monitor regional KPIs and implement improvement initiatives where required
- Support budget management, forecasting, and overall financial performance
- Promote a positive, collaborative culture aligned with BMSI values

About You
We're looking for a confident leader who can inspire others, build strong relationships, and drive results.
You will ideally have:
- Previous leadership experience within a service-led or technical environment
- Strong people management and team development skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience managing customer relationships and service contracts
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- An understanding of budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
- Experience within Building Management Systems, Building Automation, Controls, Facilities Management, or a related industry
Most importantly, you'll be passionate about developing people, creating a positive team culture, and delivering a first-class customer experience.
