Role Overview
You will lead and develop a region of property managers overseeing a varied residential portfolio across Hertfordshire, the Home Counties and Berkshire/Reading. As a people-focused leader, you will set clear standards, coach for high performance and ensure your team delivers a consistent, responsive and professional service to customers, clients and residents.
As part of the Odevo Group, you will benefit from strong central support and proven processes while having the autonomy to shape your region. You will create the conditions for your team to thrive, balancing operational excellence, commercial outcomes and a great resident experience.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will spend most days guiding and supporting your property managers, reviewing portfolios, unblocking issues, prioritising actions and ensuring compliance and budget discipline. You will be visible across your geography, joining key client meetings, attending site visits when needed and leading team huddles to drive quality, safety and service.

- Your team consistently meets service standards, SLAs and compliance requirements across the region.
- Clients, residents and contractors rate communication as clear, timely and solution focused.
- Budgets are well-managed, with accurate forecasting, controlled spend and minimal variances.
- Risks are identified early and resolved quickly, with strong health, safety and regulatory oversight.
- Team engagement is high, with clear goals, regular coaching and measurable performance improvement.
- Regional growth and retention targets are supported through trusted relationships and delivery at pace.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Leading, coaching and developing property managers through 1:1s, ride alongs and team meetings.
- Overseeing portfolio performance, action plans, service charge budgets and year end outcomes.
- Handling key escalations and complex issues, partnering with clients and internal specialists.
- Monitoring compliance, H&S actions and contractor performance to agreed standards and timelines.
- Building strong client relationships through reviews, site presence and proactive communication.
- Driving continuous improvement, standardising best practice and streamlining workflows.

Experience That Helps
- Leading multi site or field-based teams in property management or a related service led environment.
- Managing residential block or estate portfolios, including service charge budgets and contractors.
- Overseeing compliance and health and safety actions within housing or facilities settings.
- Running client reviews, resolving escalations and improving customer satisfaction.
- Implementing process improvements and using systems to track performance and workflow.
