Loss Adjuster Regional Manager

At Davies, we're not just handling claims – we're helping people and businesses rebuild when they need it most. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Loss Adjuster Regional Manager to lead our team, combining technical excellence with inspirational leadership.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned Property Loss Adjuster who enjoys developing people, driving performance and managing complex claims, while building lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The Opportunity
As a Loss Adjuster Regional Manager, you'll take ownership of a team of field-based loss adjusters, helping them deliver exceptional service whilst ensuring the highest technical standards are maintained across the region. You'll play a key role in shaping team performance, supporting client relationships and contributing to the continued success of our business.
No two days are the same. From mentoring adjusters and handling complex property claims to engaging with brokers and clients, you'll be at the centre of a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

- Leading a High-Performing Team
- Manage, coach and support a team of field-based loss adjusters.
- Drive engagement, performance and continuous development.
- Ensure KPI targets are achieved while maintaining outstanding customer service.

Delivering Technical Excellence
- Handle property claims in line with company and client requirements.
- Ensure technical accuracy and quality throughout the claims lifecycle.
- Produce clear, professional and personalised correspondence and reports.

- Develop strong relationships with clients, brokers and key stakeholders.
- Communicate proactively with all interested parties.
- Support business growth through excellent service and relationship management.

Driving Results
- Maintain control and progression of claims from instruction through to conclusion.
- Work collaboratively to achieve both individual and team objectives.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced property claims professional with the confidence to lead others and the technical expertise to handle challenging losses.
Essential
- Significant Property Loss Adjusting experience.
- Proven track record handling property and high-net-worth claims.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong organisational skills, resilience and attention to detail.
