Regional Manager — South West (Full-Time)
Toolstation is one of the UK’s fastest-growing retailers, with a track record of impressive sales and ambitious plans for future transformation. We’re evolving from a connectivity-driven model to a true omni-channel retailer and need a highly commercial, multi-site retail leader to help us scale effectively.
This exciting opportunity is for a Regional Manager responsible for a range of 30 stores across the South West region, with the requirement to live within the patch.

You’ll play a critical role in driving growth, optimising performance, and fostering a customer-obsessed culture. As a proven leader, you’ll combine commercial acumen with operational excellence, a focus on team development, and a dedication to long-term success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership
- Drive customer retention and sales growth through inspiring high performance and implementing targeted sales initiatives.
- Ensure relentless focus on profitability, cost control, and commercial opportunity.
- Define and shape a strong Trade/CRM proposition to maximise trade customer penetration.

Operational Excellence
- Lead by example in adhering to store procedures, ensuring compliance, accuracy in reporting, and competitive standards.
- Oversee top-tier stores, health & safety, security, cash handling, stock integrity, and overall shop/floor presentation.

What You’ll Bring

Proven Multi-Site Retail Leadership (Minimum 3 Years)
- Experience in managing profits and losses, stock, recruitment, and employment law in a retail environment.

Strong Sales & Performance Track Record
- Proven ability to drive commercial success and exceed targets.

Customer-Centric Mindset
- A commitment to customer satisfaction, measurable through high NPS (Net Promoter Score).

- Ability to connect effectively at all levels—from store employees to executive leaders.
