We're looking for an experienced, commercially driven Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of self-storage sites.

This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role for someone who thrives on variety — one day reviewing regional P&L and pricing strategy, the next coaching a Store Manager on-site or walking a facility to check standards. You'll report directly to the General Manager of Operations and play a key part in shaping the region's growth plans.

Role Description

As a Regional Manager at Access Self Storage, you will oversee the performance and operations of multiple stores within the London Area, United Kingdom. This full-time, on-site role involves leading and coaching store managers, ensuring high standards of customer service, and driving occupancy and revenue targets across your region. You will monitor financial performance, analyse KPIs, and implement initiatives to improve sales, cost control, and overall profitability.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Visiting sites
  • Supporting teams with complex customer issues
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • Ensuring facilities are well-presented and secure

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
