Regional Manager – London East

Location: Predominantly field-based (London East region) with occasional travel to HQ (Henham, Bishop's Stortford) Contract: Permanent

At Planteria Group, we transform ordinary workspaces into vibrant, nature-infused environments that enhance productivity, well-being, and sustainability. From office greenery to roof gardens, we redefine workplaces with biophilic design—today’s UK/US market leader in interior landscaping.

As we grow (185+ employees internationally), we’re seeking a passionate Regional Manager to lead our London East operation—driving profitability, commercial success, and customer retention while nurturing our team.

About the Role

The Regional Manager will be a hands-on leader, accountable for delivering financial targets, client satisfaction, and team performance across a team of 14–17 members. Based in the London East region, you’ll travel to customer sites, collaborate with our HQ in Essex, and shape the future of sustainable workplace design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Oversee performance, growth, and morale of your regional team (direct reports + contractors), ensuring alignment with company KPIs.
  • Customer Success:
    • Manage Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and enhance client experiences as a primary contract liaison.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with B2B (Facility Management/end-user) clients.
  • Commercial & Financial Oversight:
    • Optimise profitability through contract reviews, pricing strategies, and cost management.
    • Resolve issues to guarantee customer success and sustainability of region.
  • Performance & Growth:
    • Lead data-driven decision-making (e.g., sales, customer satisfaction metrics).
    • Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture via coaching and development.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies (training, risk assessments, incident reporting).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
