Lead Exceptional Food Experiences. Inspire Outstanding Teams.

At Dine, food is at the heart of everything we do.

For over 25 years, we've built our reputation on delivering exceptional hospitality, chef-led innovation and memorable dining experiences across workplaces and business environments throughout the UK. While many see contract catering, we see something more, a chance to bring restaurant-quality food, genuine hospitality, and meaningful client partnerships into every location we serve.

The Role

We're now looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of approximately 10 sites across Warrington and North Wales, driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and an outstanding client and customer experience.

This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for the overall performance of a diverse portfolio. You'll work closely with operational teams, chefs, clients and support functions to ensure every site delivers against Dine's high standards of food, service and hospitality.

You'll be passionate about developing people, championing a food-first culture and creating environments where teams can thrive while consistently exceeding commercial and operational expectations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
