Regional Marketing Executive – COYA
Where hospitality meets culture, passion, and innovation.
At COYA, we don’t just run restaurants — we create immersive experiences that blend bold Latin American flavours, vibrant design, music, and outstanding hospitality. With locations around the world, we are a growing global lifestyle brand defined by our core values: Fun, Family, Passion, Innovation, and Culture.
We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Executive to bring the COYA brand to life across our venues. This is a dynamic and hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the Global Marketing Director and local teams to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
The Role
As a Regional Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent and high-quality execution of COYA’s marketing strategy across different regions. This includes overseeing content, digital campaigns, CRM, events, and in-venue activations — all while maintaining brand consistency and delivering engaging, high-performing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver regional marketing campaigns aligned with global strategy and brand values.
- Manage the production of marketing materials including menus, digital assets, social content, and printed collateral.
- Write and edit professional marketing copy, press releases, emails, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team, operations, design, PR, and content teams to ensure campaign success.
- Support the planning and execution of events, pop-ups, and cultural activations across venues.
- Work with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of planned tasks.
- Lead content planning for digital and CRM platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, CMS), ensuring quality and consistency.
- Liaise with teams across culinary, bar, music, and art to support campaign storytelling.
- Track campaign performance and ROI, prepare reports for internal reviews and board updates.
- Conduct competitor research and stay informed on market trends and opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
