As Regional Marketing Executive for EMEA

You'll plan, build, and execute localised campaigns that generate high-quality leads, grow brand awareness, and drive student enrolments. You'll work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and collaborate across Sales, Performance Marketing, and Design to turn insight into high-performing campaigns. This is a fully remote role suited to a proactive self-starter with strong brand storytelling skills.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across Europe and the Middle East, with a strong focus on localised messaging.
  • Design compelling marketing assets for paid digital campaigns using Canva or similar tools.
  • Monitor lead and enrolment data, reporting on and optimising campaign performance with the Performance Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Support the planning and delivery of virtual and in-person events, including expos and webinars.
  • Maintain and adapt regional marketing collateral to keep all materials current.

What You'll Bring

  • 2–3 years' marketing experience, ideally in EdTech or education.
  • Hands-on content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Excellent written communication and a passion for brand storytelling.
  • A data-driven, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Confidence collaborating cross-functionally in a fully remote environment.

Desirable: experience across international markets; fluency in a second language (Russian, Spanish, or French); PR or media relations experience.
