About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive and creative Regional Marketing Executive to support our East region’s marketing initiatives. This 20-hour-per-week role (Monday–Sunday, rota basis) is based in Essex (Braintree contract), supporting a dynamic portfolio of centres.
In this role, you’ll:
- Work closely with the Regional Commercial Manager to plan campaigns, manage digital channels, and produce promotional materials.
- Help ensure consistent communication that aligns with commercial objectives.
- Ensure regional commercial success through agile marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to support sales and engagement goals.
- Website & Email Marketing: Assist with website content management and implement scheduled email marketing activity.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media channels for all regional products and services in line with Corporate Plans.
- Promotional Content Creation: Produce and coordinate digital/printed materials while maintaining brand standards.
- Supplier Liaison: Work with designers, printers, and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Distribution Support: Coordinate internal/external marketing material distribution.
- Representership: Present the Marketing Department at outreach events when required.
- PR & Media Engagement: Assist in identifying PR opportunities and generating local/trade press coverage.
- Internal Publishing: Create in-house desktop-produced materials (e.g., posters, banners, flyers).

Requirements
- Experience: Previous role in marketing, managing a varied workload.
- Digital Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including social media.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish key relationships swiftly and effectively.
- Strategy Alignment: An understanding of translating actions into centre targets/objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyse situations and propose workable solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities internally/externally.
- Teamwork: Collaborative, adaptable, and supportive across organisation boundaries.
- Adaptability: Flexible, highly organised, and detail-oriented.

- Marketing or Business qualification.
- Clerical/administrative experience.
- Familiarity with the leisure industry.
