### What’s Next For Our Marketing Team? We’re seeking a proactive, creative Regional Marketing Executive to spearhead East Region campaigns. Your role will blend strategy and execution:

  • Shape campaigns that sell our centres and services while aligning with commercial targets.
  • Manage digital and social channels—voice, voice, voice for Freedom Leisure.
  • Produce on-brand content (flyers, posters, banners) that drives footfall and engagement.
  • Build external partnerships (media, suppliers) while supporting internal teams.
  • Spearhead PR and value-conscious distribution of promo materials.
  • And yes: put your own spin on our collective mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns (syncing sales/engagement) and analyze learnings post-campaign.
  • Manage social media for region-wide services (aligned with corporate brand) and multi-card sponsorship opportunities.
  • Uphold brand standards: design, coordinate, publish (desktop/duplicable) marketing materials (digital/print).
  • Partner with designers, printers to ensure time-scaling with quality on budget.
  • Distribute internal/external collateral—ensuring strategic reach.
  • Represent Marketing at outreach events (our chance archive they see us).
  • Leverage PR/grassroots press (trade and local media).
  • Identify and report emerging opportunities to enhance our reputation and impact.

Hours & Requirements

  • An vehicle and eagerness to travel across every centre in the East.
