Location: Based in Essex, supporting centres across the East region (within the Braintree contract).
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday–Sunday (rota basis).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to support sales and engagement goals
- Assist with website content management and implement scheduled email marketing activity
- Manage social media channels for all regional products and services in line with corporate plans
- Produce and coordinate promotional materials (digital and printed) while maintaining brand standards
- Liaise with designers, printers, and suppliers to ensure quality and value for money
- Support the internal and external distribution of marketing materials
- Represent the Marketing Department at outreach events when required
- Assist with identifying PR opportunities and generating local or trade press coverage
- Create in-house desktop-published materials (posters, banners, and flyers)
Requirements
- Previous experience in a marketing role
- Experience of managing a varied workload
- Experience of digital marketing techniques, including social media
- Ability to establish key relationships swiftly and appropriately
- Ability to feed into and translate actions into the centre’s strategy and objectives
- Ability to analyse problems, situations, and information to present workable solutions
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade people internally and externally
- Team-oriented approach, able to work across organisational boundaries and support colleagues
- Highly organised, with good attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable

Desirable Skills & Experience
(Bonus but not essential:)
- A Business or Marketing qualification
- Clerical and administrative experience
- Experience within the leisure industry
- Knowledge of leisure industry operations
- Mobility to travel across sites

Salary: Up to £14,599 per annum
