The Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Regional Marketing Executive to support the delivery of impactful marketing initiatives that promote our centres, services, and community values. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketer looking to take the next step in their career and make a real difference across a dynamic portfolio of sites.

This role is based in Essex, within the Braintree contract, supporting centres across the East region.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to support sales and engagement goals
- Assist with website content management and implement scheduled email marketing activity
- Manage social media channels for all regional products and services in line with corporate plans
- Produve and coordinate promotional materials:
- Digital and printed content
- Maintaining brand standards
- Liaise with designers, printers, and suppliers to ensure:
- Quality and value
- Timely delivery
- Support the internal and external distribution of marketing materials
- Represent the Marketing Department at outreach events when required
- Assist with identifying PR opportunities and generating:
- Local press coverage
- Trade press coverage
- Create in-house desktop-published materials, including:
- Posters
- Banners
- Flyers

Hours
- 20 hours per week, rotated across Monday – Sunday
Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience in a marketing role
- Experience of managing a varied workload
- Experience of digital marketing techniques, including:
- Social media management
- The skill to establish key relationships swiftly and appropriately
- An ability to:
- Feed into strategy
- Translate actions into Centre’s objectives
- An ability to:
- Analyse problems, situations, and information to present workable solutions
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to:
- Negotiate and persuade people internally and externally
- Team-orientated approach to:
- Work across organisational boundaries
- Support colleagues
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable

Desirable
- A Business or Marketing qualification
- Clerical and administrative experience
- Experience of the leisure industry
- Knowledge of the leisure industry
- Mobility to travel across sites

Salary
Up to £14,599 per annum
