Regional Marketing Manager – UK (hybrid, London)

Role Overview
We’re seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the UK market.
You will:
- Own the strategy and execution of country-level marketing initiatives to drive pipeline growth and revenue across the UK
- Work closely with UK sales, SDRs, customer teams, and strategic partners
- Bridge global marketing strategy with local market execution, supporting account-based strategies and enterprise opportunities
Location: London-based / Hybrid setup (3 days in-office)
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Sales Alignment
- Own the UK marketing roadmap, aligning tactics with sales pipeline and revenue targets
- Localize global campaigns and messaging for the UK enterprise market, tailoring to buyer personas
- Act as a strategic partner to UK Sales leadership, refining territory plans and market approach

2. Demand Generation & Execution
- Design and execute high-touch UK events (roundtables, roadshows, conferences) and digital programs
- Own the end-to-end lead flow, collaborating with SDRs for seamless follow-up and conversion
- Lead 1:1 and 1:few Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for high-value enterprise accounts
3. Channel & Partner Marketing
- Co-design marketing programs with key UK technology and integration partners to drive co-sell motions
- Track and optimize partner-influenced pipeline and joint campaign ROI
4. Performance & Collaboration
- Use Salesforce/HubSpot to report on ROI, funnel progression, and marketing’s revenue impact
- Serve as the UK subject matter expert, providing insights to global product and content teams
- Continuously refine programs based on data-driven insights and sales feedback
Profile Requirements
Essential:
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in:
- Regional, field, demand generation, or partner marketing roles
- Enterprise buyer-focused marketing
- Proven success working with enterprise sales teams and channel partners to drive pipeline and revenue
- Strong ABM (Account-Based Marketing), regional campaign and partner-led demand generation experience
- Excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders (sales, partners, internal teams)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in:
- Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools
- Willingness to travel within the UK for events, sales support, and partner activities

- Experience in vertical-focused marketing (especially Real Estate)
- Familiarity with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and co-sell models
- Experience in global B2B SaaS organisations with enterprise and partner-led go-to-market motions
