Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for a seasoned and motivated B2B marketing professional to play a pivotal role in the growth of Sumsub’s business within a strategic region. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing our GTM strategy in liaison with the regional VP of Sales, focusing on acquiring target accounts, increasing regional brand awareness, and achieving commercial goals.
You’ll drive impactful integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales, product, and cross-functional teams. Operating in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, your holistic view, effective communication, and project management skills will be essential. Your success will be both impactful and visible.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop a GTM strategy for the UK and Europe tailored to our target industries and accounts.
- Implement ABM strategies in collaboration with the sales and marketing team.
- Lead and execute regional marketing activities, including field events, content localization, and various online and offline campaigns to meet regional goals.
- Collaborate with business development, legal, and other teams to establish partner channels and cultivate relationships with regional associations and partners.
- Conduct regional research on competitors, market trends, and insights to ensure that our offering remains aligned with customer needs.
- Gain expertise in our local customers, partners, and industry to consistently identify new growth opportunities.
- Conduct co-marketing campaigns with local partners: webinars, roadshows, co-branded lead generation and thought leadership content, and etc.

About You:
- 10+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B technology environment (IT, fintech, SaaS fields).
- Deep practical knowledge of the marketing mix.
- Solid expertise in driving ABM tactics.
- Demonstrated ability to drive, execute, and analyse the outcomes of integrated marketing programs.
- Proven experience thriving in a rapidly evolving, high-impact scale-up environment.
- Solid project management skills in projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, with advanced/fluent knowledge of an additional European language (Spanish/German/French) being desirable.
