Regional Marketing Manager - UKI
Reporting to the Senior Regional Marketing Manager for the UKI and Emerging Markets, the Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated regional marketing programs that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue across the UK & Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who enjoys partnering closely with Enterprise Sales, and delivering high-impact marketing programs with visibility across both regional and global leadership. You'll have the autonomy to drive local execution while collaborating with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager for the UKI and Emerging Markets, and global teams to bring marketing strategies to life in one of Alteryx's most strategic regions.
Working closely with Enterprise Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Success, Digital Marketing, Partners, and regional leadership, you'll translate global marketing strategy into locally relevant campaigns through impactful events, executive engagement, customer advocacy, partner initiatives, and integrated go-to-market programs.
Success in this role comes from balancing strategic thinking with exceptional execution. You'll be comfortable operating independently while collaborating with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager for the UKI and Emerging Markets across a highly matrixed organisation, using customer insights, market intelligence, and performance data to deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated regional marketing programs that support pipeline growth, customer engagement, retention, and revenue across the UKI region.
- Translate global marketing strategy into locally relevant campaigns, events, partner initiatives, and customer programs that resonate with UKI audiences.
- Partner closely with Enterprise Sales to align marketing priorities with regional business objectives while maintaining focus on agreed marketing strategy.
- Build strong relationships across Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Customer Success, Partner Marketing, and Sales to deliver coordinated go-to-market initiatives.
- Plan and deliver Alteryx's presence at major industry conferences, flagship customer events, executive roundtables, and smaller in-person experiences, creating engaging opportunities that strengthen customer relationships, generate pipeline, and elevate the Alteryx brand.
- Execute campaigns across multiple channels including events, executive programs, digital, email, paid media, webinars, partners, customer advocacy, and field marketing.
- Develop compelling campaign messaging, sales enablement content, and customer-facing assets that support strategic sales conversations.
- Measure, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness.
- Support strategic account marketing initiatives and collaborate with sales teams to maximise engagement within target accounts.
- Manage relationships with agencies, technology partners, vendors, and strategic partners to deliver successful marketing initiatives.
- Successfully manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously while delivering against deadlines, budgets, and business priorities.
- Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and best practices to continuously improve regional programs.
- Confidently execute regional marketing plans while maintaining momentum and alignment when marketing leadership is travelling or operating in the field.

Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in B2B technology within enterprise software, SaaS, data, analytics, AI, or cloud technologies.
- Strong experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Based in or near London, with a strong understanding of the UKI enterprise market.
- Experience partnering with large UKI Enterprise Sales teams and understanding how strategic sales teams operate at scale.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling messaging for executive and technical audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using campaign insights, customer data, and performance metrics to optimise marketing programs.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships across Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Digital Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience supporting partner marketing initiatives and collaborating with partner go-to-market stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Preferred
- Experience working within a US-headquartered global technology company, navigating a matrixed international marketing organisation.
- Experience supporting enterprise field marketing, executive events, customer marketing, or account-based marketing programs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
