What you will do:
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering marketing initiatives that directly support regional commercial objectives. This role will drive regional marketing initiatives to expand our installer network, build strong and lasting relationships with installers and partners to maximize business results and fill the leads funnel across the assigned territory. This role works cross-functionally with sales and marketing functions to execute regional marketing initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives. The role also contributes to global marketing projects to ensure cohesion, relevance, and operational support across campaigns and channels.

Your most important areas of ownership will be:
- Develop and execute marketing plans for the UK region, aligned with global strategies and local sales priorities.
- Identify and coordinate region-specific activities such as campaigns, events, co-marketing opportunities, and content development.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on regional commercial focus areas and create targeted marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads.
- Maintain regular dialogue with the central marketing team to ensure strategic and brand alignment and ensure local context is considered.
- Coordinate regional PR activities, including agency collaboration, media outreach, and local press materials, in partnership with the Director of Brand & Communications.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including booth design, staffing schedules, and promotional materials for (partner) events, sponsorships and trade shows.
- Develop region-specific content, such as case studies, white papers and articles for digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website.
- Build and maintain relationships with regional industry partners, associations, and media outlets.
- Partner marketing: collaborate with (wholesale) partners to develop and plan co-marketing initiatives to maximize channel sales.
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for the Regional Sales Director and Key Account Managers, supporting sales enablement and partner visibility.
- Contribute to global marketing initiatives and operations — including campaign development, content production, global events, product introductions and reporting.
- Adapt and implement global content and campaigns into region-specific formats, ensuring proper localization of messaging and visuals.
- Stay current on EV industry trends, regional policies, and incentives affecting the EV charging market.

What you need to be able to bring along:
- Bachelor's or master degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in clean energy, automotive, or technology sectors
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful regional marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with media and PR is a plus.
