Regional Media Manager (12-month maternity cover)
About the Role
We’re looking for a Regional Media Manager to lead integrated media planning, optimise channel performance and elevate content across our UK centres. You’ll work with agencies, centre teams and regional marketing to deliver insight-led, commercially focused campaigns that make an impact.
Responsibilities

Strategic Media Leadership: Reporting to our Head of Regional Marketing, you will lead:
- Media planning and investment strategies across channels and regions
- Defining commercial channel mixes using insights, econometrics, and customer profiling
- Campaign optimisation to maximise performance

Content & Customer Journeys:
- Crafting cohesive content for regional websites
- Overseeing SEO activity and paid marketing channels
- Ensuring seamless, purposeful user journeys aligned with brand goals

Social & Influencer Strategy:
- Developing a regional social media strategy
- Building influencer partnerships
- Guaranteeing high-quality executions for centres

Performance Reporting:
- Providing clear, actionable insights derived from data
- Translating performance metrics into executable strategies

Creative Content & Team Leadership:
- Directly managing a Regional Content Creator and Regional Stylist
- Aligning their work to maintain a strong, consistent creative output
Requirements
- Strong cross-media expertise, particularly in digital, content, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills: Ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complexity.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics.
- Collaborative, inclusive approach to fostering teamwork.
- (Bonus) Experience with Photoshop.
