Target Salary: £58,633 + £6,799 Annual Car Allowance
Location: Mobile (West Midlands)
About the Role
Are you passionate about building strong industry partnerships and developing high-performing teams? As a Regional Network Manager, you'll be CITB's trusted lead across the West Midlands, working closely with employers, training providers, and key stakeholders to help ensure the construction industry has the skills it needs for the future.

You'll lead and inspire a team of Advisors, driving excellent customer engagement, strengthening local networks, and supporting employers to access training, funding, and development opportunities through the Employer Network and Training Provider Network.
This is a highly collaborative role where you'll influence industry priorities, champion continuous improvement, and help shape skills provision across the region.
