REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER (DATA CENTRES)
UK & Europe | multi-site projects Full-time | Senior Leadership
The Opportunity
We’re looking for another Regional Operations Manager to join us here at Global Commissioning. You will be leading commissioning and technical operations across multiple data centre projects in Europe.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of delivery, performance, and technical excellence across your region — acting as the link between site teams and senior leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Lead commissioning delivery across multiple sites (L1–L5 + IST)
- Act as the senior technical authority on complex projects
- Drive consistency, quality, and safety across all operations
- Manage regional planning, resources, and project performance
- Support teams in resolving technical and integration challenges
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in data centre commissioning
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical & integrated systems
- Experience leading multi-site, mission-critical projects
- Ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
