Regional Operations Manager Location: Regional role, covering the following South West Hours: 40 Hours per week Monday to Friday Salary: Up to £50,000 plus car allowance Who & What is Storal? Purpose and vision To ensure the highest standards of care and education, driving operational excellence, supporting staff development, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. By doing this, commercial results will follow and our customers (parents & children) will notice. Meaningful relationships As a Regional Operations Manager, you will act as a key link between the nurseries and senior management, ensuring that each thrives while aligning with the ethos, behaviors, and objectives of Storal. Important tasks Support nursery managers to achieve business results including quality and commercial performance. Oversee the day-to-day operations of your nurseries in your assigned area, ensuring the management teams meet and/or exceed company expectations. Ensure all nurseries comply with relevant legislation, including Ofsted/EYFS requirements, health and safety, and safeguarding standards. Lead, coach, and mentor Nursery Managers to help them achieve their goals and support the development of their teams. Objectives and impact

  1. Ensuring nurseries maintain strict compliance with, and drive standards above regulatory requirements.
  2. Improving financial performance year over year, maintaining and improving margin, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  3. Monitor occupancy levels, staffing requirements and parent engagement so you can implement strategies to maximise enrolment across settings.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives and policies.
