Regional Operations Manager
Permanent
Location: London and South West (M3 and M4 corridor)
Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Salary: Up to £62,100 + car allowance + bonus

About The Role
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of sites across London and the M3, M4 corridor providing:
- Operational Leadership: Manage a diverse team ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and company standards.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison, exceeding client expectations and identifying new business opportunities.
- Tech-Savvy Solutions: Adopt new technologies to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

What We Are Looking For
- Non Front Line SIA licence
- Proven operational management experience, preferably in security or a related industry.
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong client-facing and internal communication abilities.
- In-depth understanding of financial management and contract terms.
- Proficiency in technology and data analytics.
- Flexibility to travel around London and South West, and adapt to changing business needs
