Regional Operations Manager

London
£60,000–£65,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced Operations Manager who enjoys building new sites, launching services and creating structure in fast-moving environments? Do you have experience managing multi-site logistics, delivery, warehousing or fulfilment operations across London?

If you’re looking for a hands-on role where you can lead a major network rollout and have a genuine impact on how an operation is built, this could be a great opportunity.

We’re partnering with a fast-growing logistics organisation that is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to support the launch and growth of a new rapid delivery network across London. This is a key role within the business, where you’ll take responsibility for launching 15–20 micro-warehouse locations, onboarding operational partners, supporting new customer launches and ensuring service standards remain consistently high across the network.

The Role

  • You’ll be responsible for leading the operational rollout of new locations across London, ensuring each site is fully prepared, operationally ready and able to deliver a high-quality service from launch.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Leading the operational launch of 15–20 micro-warehouse locations across London.
    • Coordinating site readiness across facilities, equipment, people and operational processes.
    • Managing multiple site launches and operational workstreams at the same time.
    • Providing hands-on operational leadership during launch and go-live periods.
    • Supporting the selection and onboarding of operational service partners.
    • Training partners on operational standards, processes and service expectations.
    • Monitoring partner performance and driving accountability against agreed KPIs.
    • Supporting the onboarding and operational integration of new customers.
    • Acting as a key operational contact during customer launch periods.
    • Ensuring consistent service quality across all locations.
    • Identifying and resolving operational issues, risks and bottlenecks quickly.
    • Creating scalable processes that can support continued business growth.
    • Working closely with internal teams, customers, suppliers and external operational partners.
    • Travelling extensively across London to support sites and live operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
