As a Regional People Partner, you’ll play a strategically critical role in crafting and executing our people agenda across the region. You’ll advise senior leaders, ensuring people plans align with business priorities, regional challenges, and long-term goals.
You’ll bridge the gap between operations and strategy, translating store-level insights into interventions that elevate colleague experience and drive business success. Working with the People function and Centres of Expertise, you’ll ensure these strategies are delivered consistently and deeply embedded in the organisation. The majority of your time will be spent on the shop floor, building relationships, testing initiatives, and ensuring high-impact people activity.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Role & Leadership
- Partner with senior regional leaders to shape people activity—linking initiatives to operational priorities and long-term success.
- Use data-driven insights to diagnose challenges, pinpoint opportunities, and design interventions that build capability and performance.

Who You Are
You’re an experienced, strategic People/HR Business Partner, with excellence in:
- Leading People Partners/HR professionals and enabling high performance.
- Shaping people agendas for fast-moving, commercial environments.
- Data-driven decision making and diagnosing root causes.
- Navigating ambiguity while delivering at pace and influencing decisively.
You thrive in high-speed, dynamic environments, valuing clear direction, commercial awareness, and long-term goals.
Essential Criteria
✅ Proven track record as a senior People/HR Business Partner in fast-paced commercial organisations. ✅ Strategic people plans—designing and executing solutions across multiple sites and stakeholders. ✅ Strong leadership in influencing/s shaping culture, crafting decisions, and driving cultural & behavioural change. ✅ Deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, and capability development. ✅ Change & transformation experience—ensuring implementation clarity and effectives. ✅ Analytical & data-driven—translating people metrics into actionable strategies. ✅ Organisational design mastery—shaping structures for sustainability and impact. ✅ Agile learning & adaptability— resilience in dynamic settings.
