One Aftersales are recruiting for a field-based Regional Performance Manager for TPS on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting into the National Performance Manager, you will deliver regional TPS sales and profit performance through the tactical and strategic leadership of 17 TPS centres within your region.

In this highly commercial role, covering the London and South area, you will have a fantastic opportunity to get to build relationships with our investor network (TPS centres are run by our vehicle investors on an agency model).

As Regional Performance Manager, you will work to ensure operations are compliant, well-resourced and delivering consistently high levels of customer service. You will drive performance, implement growth initiatives and ensure delivery of both strategic and tactical objectives across your region.

The role is challenging and almost no day is the same. You will be expected to spend at least 60% of your time in the field (including head office on occasions) with the rest of the time working from a place of your choice.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver regional TPS turnover and profit objectives
  • Drive sales results from TPS growth programmes and marketing activity
  • Agree and review monthly performance commitments and action plans with TPS Centres
  • Implement and manage TPS growth initiatives and programmes
  • Use reporting and data to performance manage and drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and share best practice to improve business efficiency
  • Influence a step change in network culture and people management
  • Work collaboratively with National Sales and Account teams to maximise performance delivery

TPS

A significant driver of financial performance in the One Aftersales directorate, TPS is responsible for £500m turnover a year across 85 centres across the UK (including Northern Ireland). TPS Centres will typically run a workforce of Centre manager, sales manager, warehouse manager and multiple sales staff. They work with trade customers to supply genuine VWG parts to customers outside of our Authorised Repairer network. Recently they have introduced a “Brands At TPS” programme supplying other brand parts for older cars in the car parc where genuine parts sales are less considered.
