As they continue to grow, they are looking for a passionate and driven Regional Personal Training Manager (RPTM) to take the lead in recruiting, developing, and retaining personal trainers within our network. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact in the industry by shaping careers, mentoring fitness professionals, and strengthening relationships with key partners. What You’ll Be Doing Recruitment Proactively source, screen, and interview personal trainer candidates. Build strong relationships with training providers, colleges, and industry networks. Manage job postings, applications, and onboarding processes through our CRM system. Work closely with marketing to ensure recruitment efforts are effective and targeted. Development Lead engaging onboarding sessions and workshops for new trainers. Provide continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities and mentorship. Organise regional hub sessions, training events, and ongoing development initiatives. Retention Conduct regular check-ins with trainers, offering support and guidance. Work alongside gym operators to foster a positive and motivating environment. Analyse recruitment and retention data to implement effective strategies. What We’re Looking For A passion for personal training, recruitment, and career development. Experience in recruitment, fitness management, or PT mentoring.
