Regional Planner
Regional Planner
As a Regional Planner, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling site service operations across your assigned region, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards within agreed client timescales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate site services activities, including testing schedules and resource planning.
- Ensure operational delivery is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with contractual requirements.
- Determine labour, equipment, and material requirements to meet project and client demands.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and contract timescales to ensure timely delivery.
- Establish, monitor, and maintain quality standards across all site services and testing activities.
- Oversee testing processes and implement robust quality assurance and quality control programmes.
- Support recruitment and selection activities to ensure operational teams possess the required skills and competencies.
- Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Act as a key liaison between departments, including Quality, Health & Safety, Operations, Suppliers, Managers, and Directors.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement company policies, objectives, and strategic goals.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and support operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
- Identify training and competency requirements, conducting or coordinating assessments and development programmes as necessary.
- Ensure all training, competency, and compliance documentation is completed and maintained in accordance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
- Monitor operational risks and implement corrective actions to maintain service quality and compliance.
