Regional Marketing Executive
Where hospitality meets culture, passion, and innovation.
At COYA, we don’t just run restaurants - we create immersive experiences that blend bold Latin American flavours, vibrant design, music, and outstanding hospitality. With locations around the world, we are a growing global lifestyle brand defined by our core values: Fun, Family, Passion, Innovation, and Culture.
We're looking for a Regional Marketing Executive to bring the COYA brand to life across our international venues. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing global hospitality brand, working closely with the Global Marketing Director and local teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that drive guest engagement and brand awareness.
The Role
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role supporting multiple international locations and campaigns simultaneously. You will play a key role in executing COYA's global marketing strategy across different regions, ensuring every campaign is delivered to the highest standard while maintaining brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated regional marketing campaigns aligned with COYA's global strategy and brand values.
- Execute campaigns across multiple channels including website, CRM, social media, PR, digital advertising, and printed collateral.
- Manage website updates and support reservation-led marketing initiatives, ideally with an understanding of SevenRooms.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials including menus, digital assets, social content, printed collateral, and promotional materials.
- Write and edit engaging marketing copy for email campaigns, website content, press releases, social media, and internal communications.
- Support content creation including photography, videography, campaign shoots, events, and creative production.
- Coordinate multiple internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers, and creative partners while managing tight campaign deadlines.
- Support venue launches, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, activations, and special events across the region.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide insights to optimise future marketing activity.
- Ensure all marketing activity reflects COYA's premium brand standards and maintains consistency across every touchpoint.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
