Job Title: Regional Product Manager
What does a successful Regional Product Manager do?
As the Product Owner for our Merchant Cash Advance solution, you shape and deliver payment solutions that meet the needs of our clients and merchants. You bridge the gap between commercial strategy and technical execution, ensuring our lending and settlement products remain market-leading, compliant, and highly performant. You act as the connection between client needs, product strategy, and technology execution, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement of capabilities across our acquiring platforms. As part of the Clover Regional Product Team, you lead broader integration programmes and commercial initiatives to accelerate Clover adoption across our core European markets. You translate Fiserv’s mission into product outcomes that simplify commerce for merchants and their customers.
What you will do:
- Design new solutions and enhance existing offerings based on market demand and client feedback.
- Own and drive the product vision and roadmap, monitoring market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
- Partner with marketing and sales to drive product adoption and customer success.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from concept through deployment and product commercialisation.
- Monitor product performance and operational KPIs to drive optimisation initiatives that improve transaction success and merchant experience.
- Use data to observe trends and make data-driven decisions for enhancements and new features.
- Manage relationships with external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of solutions.
- Coordinate with external partners on aligning roadmaps and driving successful outcomes that generate revenue.

What you will need to have:
- Proven background in product delivery, product management, or a closely related business field.
- Strong understanding of international payments and transaction flows, including card-present and card-not-present journeys.
- Demonstrated ability to define, track, and report on KPIs to measure product and operational performance.
- Proficiency in using data analytics to drive decision-making and impact measurement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to concisely communicate key issues and call-outs to executive-level audiences.
What would be great to have:
- Academic grounding in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience translating complex product capabilities into clear value propositions and high-impact marketing collateral.
- Familiarity with Irish and EU payment regulations and compliance expectations.
- Direct experience with global acquiring platforms and value-added payment services.
- Background working within regional or pan-European product teams in payments or FinTech.
