As a Regional Product Manager (RFID & Mobile Computing), you will be the driving force for our RFID hardware and Mobile Computing software product portfolios across the EMEA region. You will be the expert, the strategist, and the key link between our product's potential and its success in the market. This is a dynamic, semi-technical role perfect for someone who thrives on building go-to-market strategies, engaging with customers, and driving business growth. You will own the product lifecycle from launch to end-of-life, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our revenue and market share goals. While you won't be writing code, your deep understanding of how RFID and mobile device software solutions create value will be critical to your success. This role requires you to be in the office 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining 2 days. We have offices in Bourne End (preferred) and London. You will be travelling approximately 50-60% of the time across the EMEA region and occasionally to the USA. You will be expected to plan and manage your travel schedule autonomously.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
