JOB MISSION:
The Regional Product Operations Lead is an embedded regional role responsible for the last‑mile execution, stabilization, and adoption of global enterprise products, including regionally managed ISV solutions, within a defined business domain. This role combines business analysis, solution support and activation, partnering closely with regional business stakeholders and global teams such as the global product and engineering organization to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality technology solutions.
This role ensures that global and regional technology solutions work effectively in real operational scenarios, not just in design. Acting as the single point of regional ownership, the role leads end‑to‑end triage of complex issues, coordinates across regional and global teams (Product, Architecture, Integration, Data, etc.), and works directly with regional vendors and ISV partners to drive stable, reliable business outcomes. The role is accountable for operational confidence, not solution ownership or demand governance.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Last‑Mile Operational Ownership & Stabilization
Own regional, end‑to‑end resolution of domain‑related issues spanning process, data, integration, product, and operations Lead hands‑on triage of real business scenarios (e.g., shipments without invoices, revenue mismatches, posting failures, integration drop‑offs) Diagnose issues across enterprise platforms, integrations, and ISV solutions to identify root causes Establish stabilization mechanisms such as reconciliation views, operational checkpoints, alerts, and documented workarounds Ensure issues are not only resolved, but prevented from recurring, restoring confidence in both global and regional solutions
Business Partnership (Domain‑Focused)
Act as the primary regional technology partner for the assigned domain Build deep understanding of regional business processes, constraints, and operational priorities Partner with regional business leaders to support execution using global products and approved regional solutions Serve as a trusted point of accountability when operational outcomes are at risk

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
