Regional Program Manager, Integration Programs (Enterprise Solutions)
The Regional Program Manager (RPM) provides program leadership and strategic oversight for the integration and deployment of collaboration solutions technology across Meta’s EMEA office builds, expansions, and refurbishments. The RPM partners closely with Global Workplace Solutions, Enterprise Operations, and other key stakeholders to deliver innovative, technology-enabled workspaces that foster collaboration and productivity. While day-to-day project management and execution of office technology deployments are supported by managed service providers,the RPM is accountable for end-to-end oversight of all project management activities by setting direction, standards, and serving as the primary escalation point for programming, scheduling, procurement, deployment, and commissioning of collaboration solutions technology for EMEA region. The RPM ensures quality, consistency, and continuous improvement in all deployments, while providing oversight on regional project delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead regional integration programs, providing strategic direction and oversight for the deployment of collaboration solutions technology. Ensure alignment with Meta’s business objectives and standards Oversee the full lifecycle of project management activities, including programming, scheduling, procurement, deployment, and commissioning of office technology. Set direction, establish standards, and act as the primary escalation point for issues Provide strategic direction for AV/VC technology deployments, partnering with engineering teams and subject matter experts to ensure technical requirements are translated into scalable, reliable solutions Coordinate AV/VC rollouts across multiple sites and regions, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to Meta standards Stay current with AV/VC industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance collaboration and productivity Ensure managed service teams and third-party vendors adhere to Meta’s standards, timelines, and quality expectations throughout the project lifecycle Drive continuous improvement and maintain data integrity Identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Serve as the escalation point for project-related issues and exceptions, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to business operations Oversee financial tracking, including budgeting, purchase orders, invoice processing, and variance analysis for all assigned projects Build and maintain relationships with Enterprise Solutions service owners, Global Workplace Solutions, and other cross-functional partners. Facilitate issue resolution, remove roadblocks, and provide performance feedback Oversee managed service support and third-party vendor activities related to hardware procurement, scheduling, and integration. Ensure compliance with Meta’s standards and quality expectations Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, drive efficiencies, and address service gaps. Leverage insights to inform decision-making and optimize program outcomes Support the deployment and integration of technology for production event spaces, specialty demo areas, digital wayfinding, and other innovative collaboration environments

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, a technical/business discipline, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience managing build projects, preferably in construction or new office builds 3+ years of experience in project budget and cost management 3+ years of hands-on experience with AV/VC technologies, including video conferencing systems, event space technology, and network technology Demonstrated business acumen and working knowledge of enterprise applications and business processes Demonstrated experience in team leadership and conflict resolution Proven experience in effective communication and building partnerships Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Self-motivated and highly adaptable
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading the growth and maturity of program management organizations, including expanding team capabilities, implementing scalable processes, and driving operational improvements to support business objectives Experience managing large-scale AV/VC rollouts across multiple sites or regions, collaborating with technical teams and vendors, and applying industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies Experience with architectural/MEP-driven design processes, drawings, schematics, and construction builds/project management in a corporate environment Ability to manage ambiguity and drive organizational change
