Regional Programme & Partnerships Manager (Birmingham)

The Regional Programme & Partnerships Manager will play a central role in leading and growing LTSB’s work across Birmingham. This is a varied role that combines programme delivery, schools engagement, employer partnerships and youth employment support to create meaningful pathways into careers for young people from underrepresented backgrounds.

The postholder will be responsible for delivering LTSB’s Birmingham programme activity, including employment programmes, FutureYOU delivery and employer-led experiences, while also developing relationships with employers, schools, referral partners and community organisations that strengthen local impact.
