The Role

Our Hafren Dyfrdwy Property Operations team is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity. We are seeking a dedicated Regional Property Inspector to work throughout Wrexham, Powys and Chester providing essential support to colleagues at our facilities Managed (FM) and operational sites.
This role involves conducting crucial audits across our unmanned estate and performing detailed audits with site managers where personnel are based. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to plan their own day, ensuring all audits are completed on time and according to plan.
They will also possess the ability to drive tasks to completion with strong influencing skills and proactive behaviours. In addition to the planned audits, spot checks will also be undertaken to ensure work is completed to the highest standards and aligns with the job specification. If any issues are identified, you will need to provide constructive feedback to others to resolve.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits covering all assets owned and maintained by the Property team, including gates, fences, buildings, structures, trees, and associated land.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s key health and safety standards.
- Engage with a variety of people across all levels of the company to promote the STW/HD health and safety culture.
- Provide support and guidance to site managers and their teams to ensure building regulatory safety checks are carried out promptly.
- Support the delivery of audit actions.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to proactively promote health and safety best practices.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and plan daily audit activities.
- Effectively manage workloads with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Identify issues promptly and be able to provide support for their resolution.
- Hold a full U.K driving licence.
