Regional PT Manager - UK's Leading Personal Training Management Company

Salary: OTE £38,000 - £42,000 (base £25,000 per annum + performance-based bonuses)
Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible for PT sessions if desired)
Location: South London (home and field-based)
Travel: Regional travel across your area, with occasional national travel to our Swansea head office and key industry events across the UK

As the national market leader, we partner with the country's best-known gym operators to recruit, develop, and support personal trainers at every stage of their careers.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, driven, and organised Regional Personal Training Manager (RPTM) to join our growing team. This is a key role responsible for the recruitment, development, and retention of Personal Trainers across our network, while also supporting external recruitment for industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for YPT and external partners.
  • Conduct interviews and provide PT support on a near-daily basis to ensure a consistent, high-quality recruitment process.
  • Build strong relationships with training providers, colleges, and industry networks to maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates.
  • Manage job postings, applications, and onboarding processes using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support recruitment efforts.

Development

  • Lead engaging onboarding sessions and workshops for new PTs.
  • Track performance and facilitate ongoing CPD opportunities through Your Academy.
  • Identify areas for professional growth and provide support to address these.
  • Organise regional hub sessions, LevelUp events, and ongoing development initiatives.

Retention

  • Conduct regular check-ins to monitor PT performance and satisfaction.
  • Proactively address concerns and work with gym operators to foster a positive working environment.
  • Analyse CRM data to identify trends and implement strategies that improve retention rates.
