Position: Regional Recruiter

Contract type: Full Time, Permanent, remote flexibility (South Wales)

The role:

As one of our Regional Recruiters you’ll be the first point of contact to our candidates that are interested in working with us as one of our Professional Carers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the experience for our candidates is first class, and that they are suitable and match the requirements of the role.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Engagement of inbound applicants
    • Ensuring that candidates are communicated with swiftly, meeting our goal of first contact within 30 minutes of application
    • Communicating Cera proposition to prospective candidates in an accurate and positive light
    • Collect any required information from the candidate to support the recruitment process
    • Ensure each candidate has the necessary information and knowledge to make an informed choice on joining Cera Care
    • Objectively assess candidate suitability to work for Cera and make conditional job offers to selected candidates
    • Generate referrals from candidates
    • Follow up on successful candidates, ensuring right to work checks are complete and a smooth handover to the compliance team
    • Escalate issues and blockages to Regional Team Manager in a timely fashion
    • Liaise with branches to clarify specific needs

  • Engagement with other potential candidates

    • Review Talent Bank candidates to identify potential candidates
    • Use and maximise direct sourcing channels when there is a requirement to generate more candidates
  • Systems and documentation

    • Management of the recruiter dashboard by ensuring all recruitment activity is updated in real time
    • Use the ATS to record and time stamp all communication with candidates and ensure they are moved to the relevant status in real time
