Mobile Role | South Coast & M4 Corridor

At Mitie, we're looking for an ambitious and driven Regional Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment activity across the South Coast and M4 Corridor. The Role
As a Regional Recruitment Manager, you will own and deliver end-to-end recruitment activity for security vacancies across your region.
- Partnering closely with operational leaders and hiring managers, you'll develop innovative attraction strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.
- You'll be trusted to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, drive hiring performance, and contribute to regional workforce planning whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple security contracts.
- Develop and implement effective attraction and sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain robust candidate talent pools.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.
- Manage recruitment campaigns to achieve hiring targets and service levels.
- Champion an exceptional candidate journey.
- Use data and insights to drive recruitment performance.
- Support large-scale recruitment projects and business mobilisation activity.

About You
We're looking for a proactive recruitment professional who combines commercial awareness with a passion for delivering results.
You'll Bring
- Proven experience within a recruitment or talent acquisition environment.
- Ideally, experience recruiting within the Security sector or a related fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and candidate engagement skills.
- The confidence to influence, coach and guide recruiting managers.
- A solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- The ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Flexibility to travel throughout the region, including occasional overnight stays.
