Regional Reservations Manager
COYA is a luxury lifestyle group celebrating Latin American culture through exceptional Peruvian cuisine, innovative cocktails, music, art and unforgettable experiences.
Based in London, you will oversee our UK & EU reservations operations, ensuring every guest journey reflects the exceptional COYA standard. This is a full-time, 48-hour per week role, working on a rota basis, designed to support the dynamic nature of our venues and ensure we consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences across all locations.
Requirements
- Experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment
- Passion for guest experience
- Understanding of revenue, systems, and operational excellence
- Confident, proactive, and ready to make an impact
- Willingness to travel internationally to support COYA venues
- Energy, passion, and a genuine desire to be part of something special
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK

Responsibilities
- Lead reservations operations across COYA locations, ensuring exceptional guest journeys from enquiry to arrival
- Drive revenue through strategic booking management, upselling opportunities, and premium experiences
- Develop and motivate reservations teams through coaching, training, and performance management
- Analyse trends, forecasts, and guest data to identify opportunities and improve commercial performance
- Build strong relationships with guests, VIPs, hotel concierges, and lifestyle partners
- Champion consistent standards, processes, and best practice across regions
- Support global projects, system improvements, and initiatives that enhance the COYA experience
- Work closely with operations, events, and marketing teams to maximise revenue opportunities
