We are looking for an experienced instructor to join the Learning & Development team.
You will be required to deliver Physical Interventions training throughout the London & Kent region to a range of staff in a variety of different services.
You Will Need
- Minimum two years clinical experience involving the use of restrictive physical interventions
- To be a qualified Physical Intervention Instructor able to deliver West London NHS Restraint Reduction Pathway (known as PMVA)
- To be a level 1 instructor or similar
- To be familiar with the Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards
- To have experience in leading and delivering physical interventions training programmes
You Will Have
- Relevant instructor qualification
- Relevant experience in a training/teaching environment
- Hold professional qualifications in relevant subject areas
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle
