Role Overview
They are looking for an experienced Regional Revenue Manager based in Ireland to lead revenue strategy and performance across a portfolio of 5 European properties. You'll own pricing optimization, demand forecasting, and commercial planning that drives market share and profitability across the region.
What You'll Do
- Lead total revenue performance for a regional portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall commercial strategy
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pricing, and demand modelling to maximize revenue and profitability
- Strengthen market share through competitive analysis and strategic positioning
- Use BI tools to translate data into clear, actionable insights for commercial decision-making
- Ensure rate and inventory optimization across all distribution channels
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Guide and develop a team of Revenue Managers

What You'll Bring
- Strong multi-property revenue management experience
- Expertise with revenue management systems and analytical tools
- In-depth knowledge of competitive market trends and market share strategy
- Experience with major RMS platforms (e.g. IDeaS), a leading cloud PMS, and channel management platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leadership
- A driven, energetic, and curious approach to commercial performance
- Experience using BI tools to deliver actionable insights
