Role Overview

They are looking for an experienced Regional Revenue Manager based in Ireland to lead revenue strategy and performance across a portfolio of 5 European properties. You'll own pricing optimization, demand forecasting, and commercial planning that drives market share and profitability across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Lead total revenue performance for a regional portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall commercial strategy
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, pricing, and demand modelling to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Strengthen market share through competitive analysis and strategic positioning
  • Use BI tools to translate data into clear, actionable insights for commercial decision-making
  • Ensure rate and inventory optimization across all distribution channels
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Guide and develop a team of Revenue Managers

What You'll Bring

  • Strong multi-property revenue management experience
  • Expertise with revenue management systems and analytical tools
  • In-depth knowledge of competitive market trends and market share strategy
  • Experience with major RMS platforms (e.g. IDeaS), a leading cloud PMS, and channel management platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leadership
  • A driven, energetic, and curious approach to commercial performance
  • Experience using BI tools to deliver actionable insights
